The award winning dental group turned to us to deliver their flagship practice on Blackfriars Rd, SE1. A pivotal part of the groups’ ambitious expansion programme, only excellence would do for their showpiece premises! The vacant, open plan, ground floor commercial space comprising 2700 sqft and boasting high ceilings, tall windows and wonderful natural light, offered up great potential. Phase 1 of the project was to supply and install a steel structure mezzanine to add a first floor. Utilising our wide ranging construction industry knowledge and experience we were able to draw on our supply chain to deliver this for our client in-house, increasing the usable floor area to over 5000 sqft.

Phase 2 comprised the CAT A and CAT B fit-out where we worked collaboratively with Marc and his team from Remarcable Design as well as specialist dental equipment suppliers to deliver the clients’ vision.
